As we say at Asda, the delivery of great customer service starts in the Depot. And a great Depot operation starts with the General Manager. Leading a team numbering anything between 200 and 1200 colleagues, you'll be responsible for ensuring the Depot runs efficiently 24/7.

The fact that the average Depot budget is around £12 million a year gives you some idea about the scale and scope of the challenge. You'll provide direction and inspiration in every area and at every level, leading a team of managers across Transport, Warehouse Operations to the People Team, Finance, Health & Safety and Engineering.
